Master Chef Observations

DISCLAIMER! I wrote the following post with a couple cocktails in me a few nights ago. I thought about not posting it because of that but decided against that. Everyday Limes is all about the everyday and sometime limes have cocktails and write blog posts and those blog posts make us laugh (at least I’m laughing at myself)! Enjoy!

Master Chef Obeservations!

So lately I have been kinda binge watching episodes of things on my apple TV in my bedroom while I try and accomplish tasks on my todo lists, i.e. posting items on Ebay, Etsy or Mecari. One such show is Master Chef. A show I love but would never ever think about trying to go on. I love cooking and I’m not too bad either but not crazy enough to enter a cooking competition on national tv.

But with all that being said I just figured I would have some fun and comment on some of the shows I watching adding a new section to Everyday Limes called Entertainment! Please feel free to join the conversation by commenting below.

This evening I am watching the episode that divides the contestants up into 2 teams and the have to cook with the ingredients that were farmed etc by the guests in the restaurants. The red team cooked a pork dish and the blue team cooked halibut. Honestly, I would have eaten both! But if I had to choose one I would have gone with the fish dish. Something about it is just calling my name (I know I am the most articulate food critic you have ever read). I love pork and I love fish but if I can only go by the description and the look of the dish on the television then, fish it is! (Oh and yes I typed that before I they revealed the winner).

My favorite part of this episode though was the cannoli! All I have to say is that I love cannoli….
